Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments, cheques drawn on UK bank in pounds sterling , please make cheques payable to ADVANCED HEALTH PRODUCTS and cash via registered mail . If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa ,Mastercard, switch and delta debit cards . We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If paying by switch or solo you may be asked for a start date , if you do not have one please enter 01 01 and this wiil allow you to proceed with your card . Shipping And Handling Shipping and Handling is currently £3.50 per order, for orders within the UK, Europe £4.00. USA £4.00 rest of the world £5.50 . For shiiping heavy items such as the overcoats outside of the UK please see individual item for shipping cost.

For delivery please allow 3 business days for UK deliveries and 21 Days for Europe and the USA, last order date for Christmas deliveries within th eUK will be Thursday the 22nd of December

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We aim to send your order to you in 7 business days . International orders are generally received in under 20 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy If you are not entirely satisfied with your order just return the item to us within 14 days of purchase . If you are returning goods because they are faulty we will give you a full refund provided they are returned with the original packaging and in an unused condtion With items of clothing we can only refund any payments if the item is faulty or damaged when you receive it and it is unworn when returned . If you are returning items that are not faulty but you have changed your mind , we will refund the amount paid less a £5.00 handling fee. please check your goods upon arrival.
